Things to remember for marriage visa holders
Bank balance: Marriage visa is extendable on yearly basis meeting requirement same as initial application. However, please be noted that the amount of funds in your personal bank account has to be in the account for at least 3 months before the application of extension of one year is submitted.
90 Days reporting; Notification of your current residential address has to be notified to immigration department every 90 days
Re Entry Permit: If you plan to leave Thailand during the visa validity you will need to get reentry permit before you leave Thailand in order to maintain validity and legality of your current visa. Otherwise you will have to start again from scratch. It is best suggested to get multiple reentry stamp at immigration department at the time of your visa extension.
(NOTE: The application for conversion of the visa from tourist to Non-Immigration O visa marriage has to be filed at immigration bureau at least 15 days before your tourist visa expires)
